This system is available for producers licensed in the State of New York and certified with the NYAIP to electronically produce temporary insurance ID cards and/or to utlize Pass to bind and submit to the Plan NYAIP Private Passenger/Motorcycle applications.

During the following hours, the NYAIP Online System will be operational; the NYAIP is committed to ensuring the system is available during these hours:

• 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays
• 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday, excluding legal holidays

The NYAIP Online System will be down for scheduled system maintenance as follows: 10 p.m. Sunday - 8 a.m. Monday

While it is our intention to keep the system operational during other hours, the system may occasionally be down for maintenance or upgrades. Please feel free to contact NYAIP customer service for additional assistance.
